Our current selection of single detached homes offer an exciting line-up of designs ranging from 1300 sq. ft to over 1800 sq. ft on the main floor. We have 5 crawl space lots available if you have no interest in a basement but if you choose from one of our 10 remaining walk-out basement lots, you can also order a home theatre, an extra guest room, wine cellar, games area or whatever your imagination desires.
All homes feature a double attached garage, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and any combination of great room, living room, dining room, flex room and den.
Drive by the Canyon Ridge Clubhouse during your visit and see where the residents meet for casual social gatherings, games night, weekly coffee parties or to get a new book in the self-serve library.
- Maintenance for all homes is approximately $133 per month
- Open Monday to Thursday from 11:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Closed Fridays
